Through this gathering, we carve out time and space to be held by Mother Earth, tend to ourselves, discover new truths, uncover strengths, release habits that no longer serve, and connect with like-hearted women.

During the 4 day gathering, you’ll have the opportunity to "choose your own adventure.” With 20+ workshops from a wide variety of teachers based in the Midwest you get to curate your experience based on your needs, wants, and desires. If you feel like movement, there are opportunities for yoga, Qigong, and guided hiking. If you feel like resting and relaxing, there are classes for that too! You create your experience. There is no way to do this wrong. If you feel like sitting by the creek and journalling or going for a silent walk in the Fall colors go for it!
