Welcome to the 2018 MEC Ottawa Gatineau Park Marathon, Half Marathon and 5km race. - MEC Ottawa presents THE 2018 must do, bucket list, tell your friends about it for months afterwards, road race in the Ottawa/Gatineau region. Choose between a full 42.2km Marathon ($25), a 21.1km Half Marathon ($20) or 5km ($15). - All courses are certified for accurate distance by Athletics Canada, sanctioned by Athletics Quebec. The Marathon is a Boston Qualification course. All races are timed by Sportstats. -

Welcome to the second edition of the MEC Island Hop Sprint Triathlon. - Situated just over an hour south of Ottawa, and 1hr 30minutes west of Montreal, beautiful Mille Roches Island Beach on the Long Sault Parkway provides a stunning, unique race location. - Event entry allows triathletes to take part in just the race; or you can race, camp, and enjoy our delicious carbo loading pasta dinner the evening before. -

With the start/finish situated in Carp (west of Ottawa), enjoy these fully featured rides throughout the stunning Ontario countryside in Lanark County - the Maple Syrup Capital of Ontario.

For a charge of only $45*, you can choose between three ride options: 50km, 100km, and new this year - an 80km* adventure gravel grind (Please note that the gravel ride is unsupported, and more of an adventure ride on backcountry roads, access roads, gravel, with a dash of asphalt). All rides end with a tasty feast and cold beer courtesy of Alice's Village Cafe and Covered Bridge Brewing.

Welcome to the last race of the in the MEC Halifax Race Series. All your training has been for this race, Come out and run this beloved trail system and enjoy the many lakes and variety of trees, and challenge yourself with a few hill climbs and the occasional dog hurdle. -

MEC WINNIPEG RACE ONE: 5K/10K/HALF MARATHON
Winter runners rejoice! Start the 2019 running season off right with a 5K, 10K or Half Marathon road X trail race through the friendly East St. Paul community. The MEC Race Series provides professional, fun and accessible races, working hard to inspire and enable all Canadians to lead active, outdoor lifestyles. The 5K event is strickly road, 10K and Half Marathon events involve both road and a small 1.5K portion of trail. Whatever distance you do, expect patches of ice and snow throughout.

Welcome to the third race in the 2019 MEC Halifax Race Series! - Join MEC Halifax for a race along the old railway bed that follows Musquodoboit River, with great views and tons of fresh air. This route is flat and fast and you can definitely push for your new personal best. Afterward, you can pop over to the local farmers market or brave a dip in the ocean. - MEC Race Series Club Challenge! Please indicate the name of your running club when picking up your bib for a chance to win our glorious trophy.
