n 2019, we invite you to share an intimate week of yoga, meditation, exploration & transformation at a truly magical location - Tuscany- one of our favorite places on earth. - Iesolana is a magnificent country villa situated in the hills of Tuscany between Siena and Florence. Over the years, this "borgo" or inn, has been like a second home to us - the site of many yoga retreats Julie hosted over a ten-year period. Our experiences on retreat in Italy have stayed with us, informing much about our healthy lifestyle. - A long time in the making, we are thrilled to finally launch these retreats again, this time with an expanded platform focused on personal transformation, relationships, plant-based nutrition, and a holistic approach to unlocking and unleashing your best most authentic self. - The program is specifically designed to allow up close and personal connection with a select group in an intimate setting over an entire week, during which time we will share our experience, wisdom, tools and resources to promote lasting transformation in all who attend. - Over the course of seven days, we will share and intimately explore the tools, insights and inner work required to optimize your relationships, amplify your creative voice, integrate holistic wellness into your daily life and access your highest divine purpose to achieve wholeness. - Of course, plant-based deliciousness is on the menu for the entire week with cuisine designed by Julie and prepared by the expert chefs at Iesolana. - We will share, laugh, cry, sing, and dance our way into our best, most authentic lives! The festival will officially begin with a Special Opening Gathering around 5pm on the 12th and will close with a ceremony about 6pm on the 17th. For those who want to stay on that night there will be dinner and an After Party – accommodation and food for staying this extra night need to be paid directly to the centre for this as it is not included in the festival. - The festival is held at AWAKE – CCI 674 – Moinho da Rocha, 8500 – 140 Mexilhoeira Grande (Road M532 – Terra Velha), Portugal - Festival Tickets - - Earlybird Ticket Price: €230 - In addition to the ticket you also need to pay for your stay in the festival grounds as it is a residential experience. Poultry School is back! The two-day conference will be March 18 and 19 at Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture in Pocantico Hills, New York. Who: Poultry growers of any skill level, from backyard flocks to serious pastured poultry farmers. What: Workshops and walking tours covering a wide range of topics on pasture-raised chickens, turkeys, and waterfowl, with guest speakers hailing from North Carolina to Vermont. There will also be plenty of time to meet other poultry-minded people, including dinner and drinks by Blue Hill on Saturday. In other words, something for everyone!

- Qigong Camp Council 2019 is a five day council re-visioning Qigong Camp for the next 25 years. For people who have attended the Qigong Camp in the past. -

QuICK and MetroRock are working together again and this time we are headed to Newburyport! Anyone may join us for a special day pass rate at this event. The Radical Climbing Festival centers individuals whose voices and bodies are not often represented as the face of rock climbing, yet are at the forefront of expanding access and affirming spaces for all climbers. - The gathering is designed as a space for climbers of color, adaptive climbers, and LGTBQIA climbers with a specific focus on trans and nonbinary folks. The event brings together individuals for a weekend of learning, community-building, and of course, climbing. All attendees must be 18 and have prior climbing experience. You must bring your own gear. -
